It may not look it but a lot has happened since last set of photographs were taken.
- Central Heating was installed – Just imagine what it must have been like; no heating or cooling, no insulation and summers in excess of 105 degrees.
- Plumbing
- Wiring
- Framework for hot water heater in place
- Rework of ceilings
- Rework of wall finish
Inspection of ground and underlying surface has passed with flying colors for both septic system and for new house – all good news.
Hopefully we will be digging the well soon and installing water system – this will start making quite a difference and in addition will allow us to hose down and clean Teryx, Mule and Tractor – it’s pretty dusty out there being so dry. Thank goodness for the little rain we have had.

It’ll be a labour of love but so worth it in the end!
Looking forward to seeing how things progress
